For those that have done a Korean Flower Cake, what kind of buttercream did you use? I have Goodbye party/potluck coming up and I wanted to test out making one of these cakes. I'm leaning towards using a regular SMBC but I don't want to jump right in and make a couple SMBC batches without knowing if it will work or not.
