Hi has anyone made Raspberry Purée filling that’s on this site? Posted by Melissa. I was Just wondering how it would work out for a filling for the wedding cake I’m making. Also if you did make it did you double or triple the recipe without any probkems? Thanks in advance you guys always come through for me.

I have used this many times and it is wonderful. You can multiply the recipe as much as you want. I always make extra and freeze some.
