Afternoon,

Can someone please tell me how this cake was finished - the pearls and the middle tier?

The middle tier looks like edible lace, and I can't see the top or middle tier clearly, even zoomed in to tell.

I agree the middle tier looks like cake lace.  The top and bottom tiers almost look like dots of buttercream or royal with a silver dragee in the center of each, but they really seem too perfect to have been done one at a time.
