Hi Everyone, this is my first post. I'm in the UK and am thinking of teaching cake decorating from home on a one to one basis. Does anyone have any advice please? For example what are the legal requirements etc? I'm fully registered with a 5 star hygiene rating, I have public liability insurance, City and Guilds distinction in level 2 sugarcraft, level 2 food hygiene and have been running my small cake business for 3 years. Is there anything else I need to do/have? Hope you can help
