Hi, I'm new to Cake Central and really need help.
So, a customer has asked for a wedding cake. I should mention it'll be my first one.
He wants a 3 tier Maroon and ivory cake with a floral base. It needs to feed 200 + people. Basic vanilla cake with swiss meringue buttercream.
Will a 3 tier even feed 200+ people?

A three-tiered cake definitely can feed 200+ people it just depends on the size of your tiers. I use the Wilton event chart for serving sizes. You can find it on Google images.
