I’m looking to transfer images to cupcake fondant/gumpaste decorations (little books to go on top of cupcakes). I’m hoping for a clear and crisp image. I’ve ordered icing transfers in the paste but they seem to come out fuzzy. Any recommendations of places or other methods would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help.

Hi Kkat782:  I just ordered some printed icing sheets from Icing Images and they came out perfect.  They were actual photos and looked as nice as the ones I printed on card stock for the background. Here's a link from here on Cake Central for you to see.

Just a stab in the dark, but possible the image files you've sent in the past were low resolution? Also, maybe the people at Icing Images could advise you - they were very helpful to me.

Good luck with your project - have fun.

Thanks very much, Patty. I’ll give them a try and appreciate the suggestions.
