Hey guys, grinning

I am totally a new-beginner in this world of wonderful cakes! I got my first order for Saturday. A girl saw me doing the new trend 'cakes', Tarte Cakes I think it is called. So she ordered for Saturday and it has to be number 27.

The cake is for 25 guests so I wanted to ask how big I should cut each number (it is a cookie dough) - So far I've cuttet both numbers in an A3 paper so they are quite big and am thinking it should be enough for 25 but wanted to hear from you guys! Hope that my question isn't too confusing

Thanks in advance heart_eyes

I made one of those for my daughter's 18th birthday.  It's much harder to gauge serving size with these than with a cake.  My numbers were 10 inches tall. The 8 was about 7 inches wide.  I don't think we could've gotten 25 dessert-sized servings out of it (we had a smaller gathering, and leftovers for days).

Could you make some accompanying "tartlets" to match?  Maybe heart or flower shapes?
