I made a unicorn cake made with strawberry cake and covered in buttercream. The lawyers are filled with strawberry puree with a buttercream dam. Should this cake be refrigerated? I have to add the fondant horn and ears today to deliver tomorrow morning. Afraid to put in fridge overnight incase it messes up the fondant.
