Someone please help me out! This is the first time I'm making rolled fondant, usually I make MMF. But in India you don't get marshmallows, so here I'm stuck with the rolled fondant. The fondant has this cookie dough kinda texture. It's not at all stretchy. See the picture. I used a recipe that had 1tbs of gelatin, 1 tbs of glycerin and half cup of glucose. I even tried kneading up a small batch but it's still like that and becomes sticky even after adding powdered sugar. Is there any way to fix it?
Try adding some more glycerine.
