Hi,

I have to make a chocolate cake today for a friend  partners birthday.  Doesn't want butter cream or cream and wants a moist cake in a foil tray. Im doing a mosit choc cake with choc ganache topping, i just need ideas on decoration. I can only use milk and plain chocolate, she hates white...any suggestions?????

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

You could whip some of the ganache which will lighten the colour so give a bit of contrast, pipe swirls with a start tip at 'cake size' intervals on top of the cake then lean either a strawberry or some sort of decoration (chocolate bar piece etc) against the swirl.
