Some of the classes I want to take are for airbrushing.
Looking at Pastry Palace in Vegas. They do fondant classes as well. I think sculpture too. I personally hate fondant but am wondering if I should become more proficient for customers.
I really want the hands on experience and would be making a trip of it, from the east coast.
I’m wondering where else I might look for these classes - or has anyone taken those? I understand it’s all subjective. Sure would appreciate opinions though.
