So I have a fantastic white cake recipe that is super moist but not very strong for a multi tier cake. I love baking from scratch(no cake mixes). Does anyone have a strong white cake recipe for making tiered cakes like wedding cakes. I’ve been searching the recipes on here but haven’t found one.
Also how long can I leave a fondant or buttercream cake unboxed/uncovered in my fridge? Will leaving it uncovered compromise the fondant/buttercream?
