Hi all. I have a drip cake due tomorrow, and in my years of baking I have done very few drips. How my supposed to store it tonight? Do I refrigerate it? Thanks

Sorry no one got back to you sooner! I was in bed myself.  But yes, you can refrigerate drip cakes.  Or freeze them or leave them out.  The drip should be fine

Of course, you can refrigerate it!  I made one for my husband's birthday and it has been in the refrigerator for over a week and it is still perfect....except for the big, gaping hole where we have been eating it!
