What is your favorite brand of butter? I’ve always used Challenge, but it is just SO expensive that I’d like to try something more affordable. I’ve used Land o’ Lakes on sale, but it is still fairly expensive. I’ve tried Aldi’s and noticed that the taste was off, and that I needed a lot more extract.
So what do you use that’s cost effective? Or do you find that butter is just one of those things that you need to pay more for?
