Hello all-
I am new here, but I've used the forum before. I have been hired by my friend to make a graduation cake for her son. She's had cupcakes I've made before, based off of this recipe here, which I usually frost with a peanut butter frosting. I am looking to convert that into a sheet cake, enough to feed about 100 people. Do y'all have any tips on:
1. How to convert the cupcake recipe into a sheet cake recipe (pan size, time, temp, etc.)
2. How much cake to feed 100 people
and
3. How I should come up with a price for the cake.
I greatly appreciate any help I can get.
