I need to make a set pricing chart for my business. However right now my focus is a simple wedding cake for June 23rd I was asked to do. I have always done cakes on the side, however it' becoming more of a business now that most of our bakeries in our area have closed. All we have is a Meijer and Wal-Mart.
This lady wants a 3 tiered cake 12" 9" and 6" double layered cakes. With my buttercream frosting, decorated with burlap and wildflowers made made out of fondant. We live in a smaller community in Michigan. Any price recommendations advice will be greatly appreciated.

It would depend on the style, size and number of flowers. Just based on the 100 servings, a 500.00 ballpark figure is not unreasonable.
