Hello, I am new here. I am making my daughter a rainbow layer Cake. I want to fill it with bettercreme combined with pudding mix and cover it in chocolate ganache. I was wondering if I could fill and cover the cake, the night before and place it in the fridge? Is it better if I do it the day of the party? The party is tomorrow. I already baked the cake layers and put them in the freezer. I learned that trick on here. Thank you for any advice you can give.
