How do you have a website that doesn't work? I have emailed support, posted 2 posts asking for help with this site and NOTHING. How do you expect an online community to grow? It's also unprofessional not to respond to an email requesting help will post replies and profile assistance. Not everyone wants to lurk. While your community seems welcoming, helpful and fun, it means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING if the site isn't functional. Not to mention the many ERROR pages. Anyways, I found another site. www.baking-forums.com is perfect.
