I have seen many mirror glazed cakes that have a contrasting icing and texture.  It looks like sand, but maybe made with butter cream? Anyone have any ideas as to what it is and how its done? Here's a screenshot of an example (olgaoskovaa on Instagram). I am asking about the light purple (lavender) part of this cake. What Is/how Do I Make The Contrasting Look On This Mirror Glaze Cake?

that might be chocolate air brushed on with a paint sprayer or chocolate sprayer -- or maybe that comes in cans now
