HELLO FELLOW BAKERS!!

Anybody out there have any DELICIOUS TASTY recipes FROM SCRATCH OF RED VELVET CAKE  THAT WILL HOLD 3 TIER FONDANT?!

How about a CREAM CHEESE BUTTERCREAM RECIPE from scratch that will go with the red velvet cake?!

Anybody willing to share with me? :) I have a College graduation coming up and I want to make a pretty and BIG cake for my classmates!

here's an alternative icing that needs no refrigeration --

almost any red velvet cake recipe with buttermilk from a reputable online person will work, martha stewart, ree drummond, any of our favorite bakers -- key is to watch it like a hawk and don't overbake it a nanosecond --

and I use a simple syrup splash -- which is simple syrup + whatever flavoring or liqueur you want
