I'm making white chocolate roses to put on top of some wedding cupcakes. The wedding is Nov 3rd so how far in advance can I make the roses and how do I store them? I'm also making the wedding cake and many things for the sweet table > I want to make as many things ahead of time so all I have  to do is decorate the cake.

Just a suggestion - if you make the roses out of gum paste you can store them in a dark, dry place for a very long time. I have roses I made for my daughter's wedding 6 months ahead of time. That was 3 years ago and I still am using extra roses I made then. They are still perfect.

I need white chocolate roses to top my cupcakes so how long ahead of time can I make these and how to store them. I know about gum paste flowers and how to store them. I want the roses to be editable. But thanks for your reply.
