How many servings do you get out of a 10in 3 layer cake? I have 2in deep pans.

Here is a great serving guide...https://www.wilton.com/cake-serving-guide/cms-baking-serving-guide.html

The chart is based off 2-layer cakes.  The serving size would be the same for a 3-layer cake, you would just get taller slices.

wedding servings are the industry standard -- there's two columns for servings right next to each other -- use the second one

Your number of servings absolutely would change when you use a deeper/thicker cake. Or you would need to increase your price per serving. Why in the world would you not charge more for ten 6” high servings than for the same number of 4” high servings?
