I did a chocolate drip on a cake the night before pick up and it ran. It bled into the white buttercream. It looked like a bunch of lines coming out from under the drip. Any ideas on how to avoid this from happening again? Now I'm terrified to decorate my cakes early and that makes things hectic having to decorate the day of pick up.
What did you use for the drip? Can you describe your process and/or link us some pictures to look at?
