Try the floral wire at the craft store. 18 gauge I think. You just bend it into the classes. Here is a link to a youtube video to help.
if you prefer the glasses to be edible, cook spaghetti of the desired caliber until very soft. shape it into the glasses shape. (Takes a little dexterity for smaller sizes.) Hold it into the shape with pins on a styrofoam or similar block. let dry. after it hardens, paint with food color as desired. HTH

I make mine from wire, similar to the ones shown in the pictures.
