I was wondering how to make these glasses on the old man? I was thinking of fondant but is there any other way to do it? In picture it doesn't look like fondant, I might be wrong..Thank you for any suggestions!!

Try the floral wire at the craft store.  18 gauge I think.  You just bend it into the classes.  Here is a link to a youtube video to help.

if you prefer the glasses to be edible, cook spaghetti of the desired caliber until very soft.  shape it into the glasses shape. (Takes a little dexterity for smaller sizes.) Hold it into the shape with pins on a styrofoam or similar block.  let dry.  after it hardens, paint with food color as desired.  HTH
