I have a student who wants a mint cake with strawberry frosting for his birthday this week. I don't have a lot of time (I'm working 2 jobs) so I'm just using a white cake mix (he doesn't want chocolate). How much peppermint extract would you add per each boxed white cake?

I would add very little at a time and taste the batter until it is at your desired taste.
