Hi there,

i've been selected to enter  a cake competition, but, it's a Royal family Wedding style cake

I was just wondering, if there's is any cake Tutorial video or books available?

does the cake need to be ice with royal icing or sugar paste?

any help will be appreciated !!!

Thanks in advance

just Google Royal Family Wedding Cake Photos & it'll take you right there to see years of them. Most are all piped & lots of tiers.  Good Luck!!

Well, the rules say it must contain an element of royal icing, a fondant, gum paste or modeling chocolate figure and gum paste flowers, so any design which incorporates these elements should work well.
