If I make bows out of sugar veil, will they keep their shape for three weeks in Georgia humidity?

That's a good question that I'd like to learn also.  It seems that the best thing to do is get the time consuming part out of the way; the making of the lace.  Then store your pieces of cake lace flat in air tight containers or bags until you need to make your bows.

I just use a homemade recipe, but I do not store my lace in an air tight container.  I just lay it in an over box between sheets of wax paper.
