How Would You Go About Making A Replica Of This Building In Cake?

I’m considering making this as a cake. But where to start? Would you carve the chimneys and the windows on the roof out of cake or add them as rkt? Or something else? What sort of support would you use? I guess it depends on how big it would be. 

Its probably not going to happen but I’d love to know what the cc experts would do.

I would use something like graham crackers (covered in fondant) for the chimneys and carve squares of cake for the windows, unless the cake was very small.
