sounds like someone trying to be clever with the marketing -- where you need to buy a "ruffle tip" And a big whonkin' "rose tip" -- wouldn't be our buddies at wilton -- oh no-o ![]()
but being serious -- i mean a lot of time you can just squeeze harder on the bag -- add a bit of water to the icing to loosen it up -- to get a bigger ruffle or whatever size you want -- true for piping and for cutters, just roll the fondant or whatever thicker than you want, cut, then roll it again -- bingo -- any size you want
