Help! White Chocolate Ganache Fail

I don' know what' happening. When I create a white chocolate ganache and pour it to drip it's drying with this weird rippled wrinkles on top instead of a smooth finish. What is wrong? Anyone have this issue before? This has happene 2 times now.
I sounds to me like it is setting up too quickly. Was your cake cold?
