Help! White Chocolate Ganache Fail

I don't know whats happening. When I make my white chocolate ganache and pour it to make a drip cake it keeps drying weird rippled and wrinkly on tip instead of a nice smooth finish. Can someone help me? I don' know what' going on. This has happened the past 2 times I've done it.
