I am a home baker and I love decorating cakes but I hate the baking part.  I heard that I could purchase pre-baked cakes. Do anyone know where I could purchase? and how is the taste?

Most grocery store bakeries will sell  you unfrosted cakes or cupcakes and they usually have them on hand frozen so you don't need to call ahead. So, as far as taste, they will be exactly what you'd get if you actually bought a cake from them. That said, I bake my own cakes for customers, but I have used prebaked cakes when I want to quickly try a new flavor combination of cake/frosting or practice a new frosting technique-- they are pretty hand for that!
