Hard to say because what people call "unicorn" varies.
The cake itself? Swirled pastel colors with sprinkles?
The decorations? Again, simple pastel swirl (1M) has been labeled "unicorn". Or over the top elaborate with a gold swirled fondant "horn" , mini fondant flowers, eyelashes, etc.
Simple swirl...$2, upgrade batter (colored and sprinkles) 50 cents, fondant horn 50 cents, ears 50 cents..... MINIMUM. I could see $5 each for some I have seen.
