Has anyone ever shipped a frozen cake with a meringue frosting? I have never frozen meringue frosting so not sure how it will thaw. The frosting is for a coconut cake with a traditional cooked sugar meringue frosting.
Thoughts?

I have frozen coconut cake with a meringue/7-minute type frosting many times and it freezes beautifully.
