I'm moving from VA to Albuquerque, NM in a few months. 2018 was supposed to be the year that I made more purposeful strides in getting licensed and/or figuring out better the laws for home-based food preparation and selling (previously just selling to close friends and not advertising at all)...but now we are leaving VA!
I've searched in the archives here but that last conversations were quite old - am I reading it correctly on the NM Environment Dept website that home-based food selling is now permitted EXCEPT for in ABQ? Meaning if you are in ABQ you still can only sell if using a commercial or separate kitchen? We are military and will either likely live on-base at Kirkland or rent in the ABQ or Rio Rancho area.
