Which size disher to cupcakes that are level with the liner and or are filled 2/3 the way. I’ve seen such a variety of thoughts on it so I made a table comparing the sizes.

 Although my chart with a goal of 2/3 full seems to indicate blue is the closest match, when I tested with a 1/4 c. (4 T) measuring cup they came out bigger than my taste. Trying to figure out my best bet to order? 

This will be trial and error based on your recipe. No one standard answer. I note my disher on the recipe card. Measure different amounts with a measuring cup, or by weight (easier) and then find the corresponding disher.

Level tops I get by lowering the baking temperature more than the recipe itself.
