Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me how much I should charge for 96 mini cupcakes with a mini gum paste poppy on each one? Also, how much for a 3 tier wedding cake, with fondant, gum paste poppies, for about 160 guests. I really have a difficult time with pricing and any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. The mini cupcakes are for the wedding as well. Thanks
Unfortunately, no one can tell you what to charge as there are many factors that go in to it. Your costs are different than mine, so is your location, so what I might charge for an order like that could be higher or lower than what you could charge based on your area. How much does it cost to make the recipes? How long will it take? How much are you paying yourself? Those, among other things, are factors that also go in to coming up with a price. If you haven't, do a search on pricing on this site, as it is the most asked question.
