Help! This is my first time to do a wedding cake PLUS with the SPS System.
I’m doing a 4-tier Semi-Naked Wedding Cake 8”/12”/14”/16” and the 8” & 14” tiers are 6” y’all. Do I need to add more support (i.e. double board, split tier to 3”/3”, etc) for these tiers?
Also, how far in advanced can I make the cake tiers? I’m going to transport 8”/10” together and keep 14” & 16” separate and put together at reception site.
Also do you have any other tips to assist me?
