Hi! I was wondering if I can use smbc to do the camo print tutorial or it has to be the crusting cream?

Yes you can, and there is a really good SMBC decorating book on Amazon that does that type of decorating, by Carrie Madden.  I've done it only once, and it was a poor attempt which has not been repeated. (I think this was also an experiment with putting white vegetable shortening in the SMBC and it sucked!)  It's ten times easier to use crusting buttercream and a foam paint roller.

with SMBC you chill and remove thin layers of smbc.

Camo PrintDang that cake is ugly Camo Print  It makes me want to try it again with my normal SMBC recipe.

However, you need to know that it's harder to get the dark rich colors in SMBC that look so great on camo-cakes in AMBC.
