Hello All,

I specialize in making flourless cakes e.g. dacquoise or ice-cream cakes. I successfully made and transported a 2 tier ice-cream cake without any dowels or supports. I am now attempting a 4 tier dacquoise. Do you think I should use supports? The tiers are extremely light. Does anyone have any advice or insight?
