Hi guys,

I'm making a buttercream covered cake with a milk chocolate ganache drip which will have macaroons on top to decorate. Does anyone have any advice on the effect of the ganache on the macaroons? Will the moisture destroy them?? The cake is for tomorrow evening so I can place the macaroons on the cake tomorrow morning before delivery however I would prefer to place them as I decorate so I can decorate around them....

Any advice is greatly appreciated

No advice but, to prevent confusion with customers, a macaroon is the dense coconut cookie/candy.  I'm guessing you mean macaron, the colorful French cookie.
