Is it true that smbc need not to beat from the fridge? I read it somewhere that if you are going to just use it as filling or crumbcoat it says just leave smbc in room temp then after couple hours you can just spread it in your cake. Is it true? Thanks in advance for your answer. Im covering my cake with fondant after crumbcoating it with smbc.
