I’ve been tasked to make a vegan gold drip cake. Does anyone know how to make a vegan white ganache that will drip and then harden, so that it can be painted with gold luster dust/vodka? Thanks!

Hi,

I've made vegan ganache using coconut milk and it works just like regular ganache: sets up at room temperature to spreadably consistency for frosting cakes, and pretty hard in the fridge.

I use a 1:2 coconut milk to chocolate ratio, but you might want to make a test batch and see if you want to adjust it to your preference.

Hope this helps!
