Hey all

need some advice, I'll be making a 5 layer cake, each layer about 2" so when stacked, it should be 10" in height. Do I need to put dowels through it or cake boards in between or should be fine as is? Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated!

yes, a cake board half way up and dowel underneath -- so you'll have to split one layer so you'll have 5" under and over the board --
