I thought that I had found a recipe for Sharon Zambitos' buttercream adjusted for the 4.5 qt mixer...seems like in her tutorial that one of the important parts of this recipe is making sure to have bowl full enough to avoid whipping too much air into it...Do any of you have this recipe? TY
