That frame is made from using a mold. Then glued together probably with gum glue or royal icing. As for the rabbit, I suspect Zoe painted that image herself on wafer paper.
But as rychevamp posted. I'm sure if you go on Zoe's FB page, find this cake, you can ask her. She is extremely helpful.

I agree the frame is made by putting different molds together. I actually have the model with two of the pieces, but not the large top piece. I think it is likely she painted the rabbit on a fondant or gum paste panel. Works better than wafer paper, not as finicky. The bottom tier does appear to be an edible image.
