Hi

I've been asked to make a giant cupcake cake but with rainbow sponges, could anyone advise me on the best food gels to get? I'm in the uk.

Any cake supply store should have gel food colors.  I definitely would not use the liquid ones.  Americolor is very good!  I can't say much about the UK because I'm in the US.  Hope that helps!

Sugar flair are good and easily available in the uk.
