I have seen chiffon cake baked in a sheet cake pan and it actually turned out great.  Does anyone know if you can bake chiffon cake in a mold, like a pumpkin mold?  I love how it tastes, but I'm worried it night not be dense enough to work.

Thanks!

I think you might be right about it not being dense enough. Chiffon cakes can be funny. I bake a ton of them in regular round cake pans and they are fine, but they do shrink a little. Baked in a detailed mold it might shrink so that you would lose the detail. Its worth a try, though!
