I recently started decorating cakes which is something I’ve always wanted to do. I made my own find it which was fine. I bake my own case made the icing everything was going smoothly. Rolled out my fondant put it on the cake no cracks it was beautiful but then it got condensation on it. Now I did a crumb coat with ganache and took it out of the fridge raider at’s at probably five minutes before I put the fondant on top. So if anyone can help me solve this problem it has happened two times now which is discouraging because I was able to use the fondant perfectly but then that happened
