Hi... does anyone know how I can stop my pears from warping while I dry them please?/ I am trying to keep them really flat and keep their shape 

maybe sandwich them between racks and put weights on there away from the fruit -- unless you have them in a dehydrator -- but they don't warp in my dehydrator either --- they stick i think -- yeah they have to be peeled off -- but i never tired to make them all pretty either
